Returns and Refunds

Minis World Kids – Online Casual Clothing

This Policy is issued in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, and governs returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges for products purchased from Minis World Kids 

By placing an order on our website or through any online platform, the consumer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out below.

 

1. Transparency & Disclosure
Minis World Kids ensures:

Clear disclosure of product details, pricing, return, refund, and exchange terms prior to purchase

No misleading representations regarding quality, size, or material

No unfair trade practices or manipulation of consumer choices

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Consumers may request a return within five (5) days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Returned products must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Be free from stains, damage, or alterations

Include original tags, labels, and packaging

2.3 Products failing quality inspection shall be rejected and returned to the consumer at their cost.

3. Non-Returnable Products

In accordance with Rule 4(8), the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased under sale, discount, or clearance offers (clearly disclosed at the time of purchase)

Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive items

Products damaged due to consumer misuse or improper washing

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

4.1 In the event of receipt of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the consumer must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
4.2 The consumer shall provide photo/video evidence for verification.
4.3 Upon verification, Minis World Kids shall provide a refund, replacement, or exchange, as mandated under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

5. Return Process

5.1 All return requests must be raised with:

Order ID

Reason for return
5.2 Returns are subject to approval after verification.
5.3 Approved products must be shipped within three (3) days from approval.
5.4 Reverse pickup shall be provided where feasible; otherwise, the consumer may self-ship the product securely.

6. Refund Policy 

6.1 Refunds shall be processed within a reasonable period, not exceeding seven (7) business days from approval.
6.2 Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment or issued as store credit, with prior disclosure.
6.3 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.

7. Exchange Policy

7.1 Size exchanges are permitted once per order, subject to stock availability.
7.2 Exchange requests must be raised within five (5) days of delivery.
7.3 If the requested size is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

8. Cancellation Policy 
8.1 Consumers may cancel orders before dispatch without incurring cancellation charges.
8.2 Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return as per this Policy.

9. Grievance Redressal Mechanism (Mandatory Disclosure)

In compliance with Rule 4(5), we provide a grievance redressal mechanism:

10. Right to Reject

Minis World Kids reserves the right to reject returns or refunds if the request does not comply with this Policy or applicable laws.

11. Policy Updates

This Policy may be amended or updated at any time in accordance with applicable laws. The latest version published on our platform shall be binding.
